When I picked up my wheels and tires at 4 Wheels Parts they sent me home without the wheel caps.
They later mailed them to me and they've been sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. I got them put on yesterday. They don't make a huge difference in the way the wheels look, but its a little cleaner than seeing the hubs underneath.
